Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional strategy and define multi-year growth plans aligned with semiconductor technology trends including node transitions and advanced packaging.
- Establish and nurture executive-level customer relationships to position Onto Innovation as a trusted strategic partner covering roadmaps, yield, and cost-related solutions.
- Act as the regional executive representative to enhance brand presence and credibility.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-caliber sales, applications, and service teams.
- Maintain legal leadership roles ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
- Achieve annual operating plan targets while driving revenue, market share, and average selling price growth.
- Secure key accounts as tool-of-record and support new product introductions and customer design-ins.
- Synchronize with business units for account strategies, product adoption, and capacity planning to meet demand.
- Promote service attach rates and lifecycle revenue to develop recurring income streams.
- Develop competitive displacement strategies against market competitors.
- Lead structured customer engagement processes including executive business reviews and technical meetings.
- Convert client challenges into innovative, ROI-driven solutions enhancing yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure flawless execution of installations, qualifications, and acceptance processes.
- Manage the full business cycle from pipeline management to cash collection, maintaining accurate forecasting and operational reliability.
- Implement scalable processes and key performance indicators across sales, service, and applications enhancing productivity.
- Oversee the regional infrastructure to support customer project ramps and service responsiveness.
- Provide detailed data-driven market insights, competitive analysis, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts integrating sales, business units, service, applications, and marketing for unified execution.
- Influence global teams to focus resources on prioritized regional opportunities and enforce accountability through performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in semiconductor capital equipment or process technology sectors.
- At least 10 years in commercial leadership roles including sales, marketing, or general management with direct customer engagement.
- Proven history of driving business growth, gaining market share, and managing regional expansion.
- Expertise in handling complex sales cycles, executive-level interactions, and strategic account management.
- Experience leading cross-functional and globally-matrixed teams.
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong business acumen including financial forecasting, margin management, and annual operating plan execution.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and customer purchase drivers.
- Ability to align technological solutions with customer value and commercial results.
- Data-oriented approach emphasizing accountability, detailed metrics, and disciplined execution.
- Excellent executive communication and persuasion skills.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science mandatory.
- MBA or advanced degree is a preferred qualification.
