• Develop and maintain a network of highly qualified interim professionals and build lasting client relationships.
• Advise organizations on hiring for time-sensitive projects, creating tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities in financial interim management.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team to drive success and grow the finance interim division.

Candidate Profile

• Have a completed degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business, finance, or human resources.
• Demonstrate proven experience recruiting interim positions or specializing in finance recruitment.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a professional demeanor with clients and candidates.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, goal orientation, and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent in German and good command of English to support international cooperation.
