What You Will Do

Your daily responsibilities will heavily involve phone-based communication, including sourcing candidates, promoting job opportunities, and developing ongoing client and candidate relationships. The role focuses on meeting weekly performance targets and requires resilience in a sales-driven environment.

Candidate Requirements

No prior recruitment background is necessary. Success in this position is driven by determination, resilience, and a strong motivation to succeed financially. You must be comfortable initiating cold calls and persistently engaging prospects despite rejection.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary starting at £28,000 base with unlimited commission potential
