Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to their onboarding.
• Advertise job openings on various platforms and efficiently manage the applicant pipeline.
• Evaluate resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assist in coordinating subsequent interview stages.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp role-specific requirements.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for current and upcoming hiring demands.
• Update and manage databases and tracking tools related to recruitment.
• Ensure candidates experience a seamless and positive recruitment journey.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; specialization in Human Resources is preferable.
• Possess one to three years of recruitment experience; prior exposure to startup hiring is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Knowledgeable about various job portals and sourcing methodologies.
