Recruiter - Clinical Trials (Remote)

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the entire recruitment cycle specifically targeting home healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses for Clinical Trials.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social networks, and professional organizations for candidate identification and screening.
• Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders including Staffing, Regional Directors, Clinical Operations, and HR teams.
• Consult with hiring managers to accurately understand position requirements to ensure best candidate match.
• Partner closely with HR during recruitment and new hire onboarding processes ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to company procedures.
• Communicate detailed and inspiring information about the company and available roles to candidates to encourage engagement.
• Manage all recruitment communications, scheduling, logistics, and applicant tracking systems, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline fostering succession planning and immediate hiring needs.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company culture and values to effectively assess candidate fit.
• Commit to fostering a diverse workforce by employing equitable recruitment practices.
• Comply with all relevant legal, regulatory, and company policies during the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidelines and other employment regulations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience within healthcare recruitment or staffing agencies preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding techniques, including effective use of social media.
• Ability to travel occasionally for job fairs or meetings as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary typically ranges from USD 67,300 to 95,800, depending on experience and location.
