Qualifications and Experience

Demonstrated success in designing and launching quality assurance programs or improving existing frameworks.
Experience in creating quality measurement solutions, defining actionable metrics, interpreting operational data, and driving quality enhancements.
Strong program management abilities with skill in coordinating diverse stakeholders and managing project delivery from inception through completion.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills applicable to both clinical and non-clinical environments.
Proficient in leveraging data analysis and AI-assisted methodologies to refine quality processes alongside professional judgment.
Preferred background includes knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety initiatives, population health strategies, or managed care operations.
Familiarity with regulated quality frameworks such as ISO 13485 or EU MDR is an advantage.
