About the Role

This position involves evaluating AI-generated content and search results to ensure they meet high standards of quality, relevance, and accuracy. You will assess outputs using detailed rating guidelines to enhance AI systems' performance and contribute to ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assess the quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness of AI-generated content and search results.
Perform detailed analytical evaluations, provide ratings, and give actionable feedback to improve AI model outcomes.
Conduct thorough research to validate rating decisions and verify information accuracy.
Consistently follow rating guidelines while upholding quality standards.
Document any gaps in guidelines, unusual cases, and issues encountered during task execution.
Provide clear written explanations justifying your ratings when necessary.
Engage in training sessions, calibration activities, quality reviews, and performance evaluations.
Achieve designated productivity targets without compromising accuracy or quality.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of one year experience in relevant domains.
Ability to work daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Indian Standard Time due to company’s global operations requiring this schedule.
Strong command of Hindi and English communication skills.
Residency in India for at least the past five continuous years.
Good familiarity with current and historical trends in business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural topics.
Excellent analytical, research, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
Experienced in using web browsers, search engines, and conducting online research.
Access to a reliable broadband internet connection, a smartphone, and a personal computer on a daily basis.
Proven ability to work independently and adhere to complex instructions consistently.
High creativity coupled with logical reasoning to consistently meet targets.
Background or experience in quality assurance, content moderation, data annotation, research, journalism, editing, or fact-checking is advantageous.
Familiarity with AI technologies, search engines, and digital content ecosystems is a plus.
Subject matter expertise in fields like popular culture, social sciences, STEM areas, medicine, law, finance, or engineering will be considered beneficial.
Additional language skills may support eligibility depending on project demands.
