Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Public Relations team. This entry-level position is perfect for motivated individuals seeking practical experience working with nationally recognized clients in entertainment, travel, food and beverage, casino gaming, and sports sectors. The role combines media relations, creative content creation, social influencer engagement, and experiential PR activities. The working arrangement is hybrid (50% remote/onsite) in Las Vegas, and candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
- Assist PR teams by conducting media research, crafting targeted media lists, monitoring coverage, reporting, and coordinating account activities.
- Compose and revise press releases, media advisories, pitch letters, and other communication materials to increase client visibility.
- Help plan and organize media and influencer events, including openings, menu launches, activations, and more.
- Contribute to media relations by creating innovative story angles and timely pitch ideas for top media outlets and social influencers.
- Research media trends, coverage opportunities, and cultural moments to develop pitch concepts and campaigns.
- Support integrated marketing efforts combining PR, social storytelling, partnerships, promotions, and special projects.
- Maintain organized client documentation, media coverage tracking, and activity logs.
- Coordinate supplementary materials such as photos, videos, and digital content assets.
- Monitor media coverage and assist in analyzing and reporting campaign results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related discipline required.
- Internships, relevant coursework, or practical experience in PR, communications, or marketing are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Self-motivated, inquisitive, and eager to learn in a dynamic agency setting.
- Genuine interest in entertainment, attractions, retail, sports, and public safety programs.
- A connection to the Las Vegas community and culture is highly encouraged.
- Interest in media, popular culture, trends, and storytelling across platforms is beneficial.
Additional Information
- Job Type: Full-time position.
- Compensation starts at $38,000 annually.
- Benefits include 401(k) with matching, cellphone reimbursement, dental, health, life, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.

- Driver's license preferred.
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Las Vegas, Nevada 89118 before starting work.
