Role Overview
We are looking for Property Services Officers to support our national Property teams at the Australian Taxation Office. This role involves diverse tasks related to managing and supporting the ATO Property Portfolio, where you will play a key role in service delivery and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to stakeholder coordination and business improvement initiatives while undertaking administrative duties. Engage with multiple stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Use strong analytical and communication skills to assess information and respond to client enquiries effectively. Assist in project delivery, organize site activities, support scheduling and logistics, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Serve as a role model within a dynamic team, focusing on personal development as well as fostering growth in colleagues.
Role Variations and Locations
Available positions could be within Accommodation Strategy, Projects, or Business Management. These may be ongoing or fixed-term opportunities across multiple Australian cities including Newcastle, Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Gosford, Geelong, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Penrith, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt, and Wollongong.
