Project Manager

About the Role

Global Blue is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position involves managing comprehensive projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment across multiple departments and delivering high-quality results on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycles including planning, execution, and final handover.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams such as Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, and other business units.
• Handle the development and control of project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and reporting mechanisms.
• Establish and maintain strong connections with internal stakeholders and external partners, including necessary engagement with governmental bodies.
• Conduct thorough business and financial data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead initiatives aimed at process enhancements and managing organizational change.
• Keep senior leadership informed on project milestones and statuses through consistent communication.
• Ensure that all projects are completed within designated timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in project management within an international organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Familiarity with project management software, with added knowledge of Salesforce or MicroStrategy considered beneficial.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Payments, or Operations sectors is highly desirable.
