Role Overview
The selected candidate will be entrusted with planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring adherence to approved budget, schedule, and objectives. Regular oversight and communication of project status to pertinent stakeholders, including clients and team members, is a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and establish project timelines.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders.
- Oversee reengineering efforts and monitor the progress of project deliverables.
- Provide regular updates on project milestones and progress to stakeholders and team members.
- Guide and support team members in completing assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should hold either a BE/B.Tech/MCA plus MBA or M.Tech in any discipline with at least 5 years of pertinent experience, or a BE/B.Tech/MCA alone with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
Experience in project management, software project management, or enterprise system integration and process improvement projects is essential. Preference is given to those with government sector involvement in project management, business process reengineering for government/quasi-government/PSUs, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
Possessing a strong understanding of diverse procurement strategies and demonstrated skills in routine program oversight and issue resolution is advantageous.
