Project Manager

About the Role

Beaucoup is looking for a highly organized and goal-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive cross-functional projects across its expanding financial services business. This role involves managing projects from the initial planning phase all the way to execution while collaborating closely with teams spanning Finance, Operations, Technology, and Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from start to successful completion.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
• Coordinate efforts across diverse teams to align priorities.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and address problems proactively.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Handle all project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements.
• Drive improvements in processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership qualities.
• Familiarity with project management software like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Experience in financial services sectors such as banking, investments, or fintech is advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum are preferred.
