• Direct project activities spanning from preconstruction phases all the way through project completion and closeout.
• Supervise project budgets, scheduling, subcontractor management, and maintenance of project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and onsite teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Guarantee that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within the allocated budget.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects.
• Excellent leadership capabilities along with strong communication and organizational prowess.
• Competency in handling budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationship management.
• Track record of successfully steering projects from inception through to closure.
