Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to assist in managing environmental monitoring projects based in Ahmedabad. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure projects proceed smoothly with on-time delivery, proper installation, and prompt issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning by managing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress against deadlines, budgets, and quality targets to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and escalate project risks, dependencies, and any backlog concerns as necessary.
• Coordinate hardware and software troubleshooting efforts with customers; training will be provided.
• Support installation, configuration, and validation of devices alongside internal teams.
• Act as a liaison bridging R&D, Production, Calibration, Logistics, and Field teams to facilitate operations.
• Manage device shipment logistics in partnership with the Logistics team.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Regularly monitor Air Quality data and generate corresponding reports.
• Organize meetings, coordinate calls, and provide timely project updates and follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and tracking records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or related fields (B.Tech/B.E).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in project coordination or similar roles.
• Familiarity with basics of Air Quality, electronics, and hardware technology.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
• Comfortable working with web-based tools and applications.
• Excellent multitasking abilities within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong coordination skills, a sense of ownership, and problem-solving capabilities.

Additional Details

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (work from office).
Salary Range: 450000 to 500000 INR per annum.
Experience required: 2 to 5 years.
Employment Type: Full-time, onsite position.
