Role Overview
Vedic Essentials is looking for a Production Supervisor responsible for managing daily production workflow, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing targets, maintaining product quality and hygiene, and leading the production team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all daily production activities.
- Ensure production goals are met promptly according to schedules.
- Monitor and maintain quality control and hygiene standards of products.
- Lead and manage the production workforce and assign tasks accordingly.
- Keep accurate records and prepare production reports.
- Collaborate with store and dispatch departments to ensure seamless operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed graduation or diploma in a relevant field.
- Between one and three years experience in production, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and aptitude for problem-solving.
