Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative tasks of the office environment.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Production, and Dispatch to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain and organize records, invoices, and all relevant documentation.
• Perform basic inventory management, including tracking incoming and outgoing items.
• Assist in order processing and monitor order status regularly.
• Support communication with customers and handle follow-up activities.
• Manage procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure organized filing systems for both digital and physical data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational ability and capability to multitask.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
• High attention to detail and skills in problem solving.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in administrative, operational, or coordination roles.
• Basic knowledge of inventory or stock management systems.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP software tools is advantageous.

Additional Information

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience.
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Experience Required: 1 to 2 years.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
