Role Overview

We seek a dedicated Production Assistant to bolster our production team. Reporting to the Creative Operations Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end production of experiential events and brand activations. This role suits individuals early in their careers who thrive on hands-on, behind-the-scenes work and are eager to gain comprehensive experience in event production.

Key Responsibilities

• Support event planning, preparation, and execution phases, including event load-ins and tear-downs.
• Prepare production materials and assemble event kits efficiently.
• Conduct venue visits and assist with site inspections to ensure readiness.
• Research, source, and procure event supplies such as products, props, décor, and rentals while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
• Manage logistics for pickups, deliveries, exchanges, and returns, and track all orders to guarantee timely arrivals.
• Organize, pack, and label event materials, while maintaining inventory management and storage systems.
• Coordinate shipments and communicate with vendors, suppliers, and rental companies.
• Assist the production and operations teams with daily administrative duties and provide general support to ensure smooth project delivery.
