Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day functions of the exchange wallets, handling deposits and withdrawals effectively.
• Track blockchain transactions ensuring they are processed promptly and addressing any delays or failures.
• Ensure the high operational availability of exchange wallets at all times.
• Oversee coordination and execution of network upgrades, token-related events, and testing to guarantee smooth implementation without issues.
• Partner with security teams to react to incidents, implementing protective measures and safeguards.
• Enhance monitoring systems by reviewing internal alerts to identify and respond to security threats or high-risk situations proactively.
• Automate routine tasks to boost operational efficiency and optimize processes.
• Analyze transactional data to detect trends and propose improvements for systems and operations.
• Conduct competitive and industry trend analysis to suggest potential product and procedural optimizations.
• Collaborate with Customer Support teams to resolve wallet-related user issues.
• Work jointly with stakeholders across departments to address customer challenges and improve product experiences.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience in cryptocurrency wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or related fields.
• Hands-on knowledge of blockchain explorers such as Etherscan.
• Solid understanding of UTXO models, Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), and multi-signature wallet technologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and clear communication skills.
• Capability to perform effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.
