With a legacy spanning over 25 years in the event industry, their expertise is reflected in every product and service they offer. Recognized as the ‘Best Event Management Platform’ and certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’, the company prides itself on both technological excellence and a supportive team culture. Their clientele includes leading tech giants and iconic Australian brands who value their premium solutions and dedicated personnel.
Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), spearheads the positioning, launching, and market introduction of Jomablue’s software products and solutions across all serviced regions. This role acts as the key expert on customer needs, market conditions, and competition, serving as a bridge between Product, Sales, Technical Program Management, Education, and Marketing teams. The individual will narrate a cohesive story across the product portfolio that helps win and maintain enterprise customers.
This position requires 6 or more years of relevant experience, emphasizing a hands-on approach in a collaborative environment. It offers flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement based in the Ultimo, NSW office.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the CMO to define product and solution messaging and positioning.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and coordinate launch plans across multiple departments to meet timelines.
- Develop and supply sales teams with essential materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling documents, and concise one-pagers tailored for enterprise buyers.
- Establish and manage a competitive intelligence program to keep teams informed of competitor strategies.
- Conduct customer interviews and research to advocate for customer requirements and inform the product roadmap.
- Communicate trust, security, and compliance measures—like SOC 2 certification and data residency requirements—to enterprise and regulated buyers effectively.
- Clearly position Jomablue’s AI features, working with Product and Technical teams to ensure all claims are accurate and transparent.
- Manage product lifecycle communications, including release notes and change notifications, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide insights supporting pricing and packaging strategies based on market and competitor data.
- Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to optimize Jomablue’s visibility on search engines and AI-driven platforms.
- Define and report on success metrics related to product launches and sales enablement, focusing on business impact rather than mere activity.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance research, content creation, and asset development without compromising quality.
