IntusCare is a comprehensive platform tailored specifically for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). It replaces outdated systems and manual processes with specialized solutions focused on care coordination, risk adjustment, population health, and utilization management. The aim is to empower healthcare teams to improve care delivery and financial outcomes for dual-eligible seniors, who represent some of the most vulnerable and medically complex patients in the U.S. health system.

Role Responsibilities

• Gain deep insight into the workflows and user needs of PACE and value-based care programs to create exceptional products.
• Strategize and implement product plans that utilize data to foster innovation and enhance user experience.
• Define measurable goals and KPIs to evaluate product impact and guide iterative development.
• Partner with engineering to design and launch features that enhance value-based care outcomes in PACE settings.
• Coordinate with leadership to align product roadmaps and strategies with organizational objectives.
• Create detailed documentation to clarify project objectives and support collaboration among stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with teams across customer success, sales, engineering, and design to ensure products meet market demands and comply with regulations.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through to launch, including gathering requirements and overseeing stakeholder communication.
• Monitor industry trends and advances in healthcare technology to keep the product portfolio competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

• Between 3 to 5 years in product management, with substantial experience in healthcare settings, preferably within startup environments.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and navigate product development during uncertain and evolving phases.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with clinical teams to develop healthcare products.
• Strong partnership skills with engineering teams and technical collaborators.
• Proficient strategic thinker with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver product success.

Compensation and Benefits

• This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $165,000 annually, with compensation determined based on experience and skill alignment.
