Role Overview
We are looking for a proficient Product Manager to enhance our consumer-facing digital experiences. This pivotal role involves contributing strategically and operationally across Phoenix and Raven’s core patient journeys through web and mobile interfaces.
The role requires on-site involvement within a skilled product team to drive clarity and progress across projects, ensuring high team efficiency and quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product workstreams including discovery, execution, and iteration post-launch
- Create detailed, well-defined briefs facilitating confident execution by engineering and design teams
- Coordinate among engineering, clinical, pharmacy operations, customer experience, and marketing teams to advance initiatives smoothly
- Translate patient and business insights into actionable product enhancements that boost user activation, retention, and lifetime value
- Employ Shape Up methodology for project shaping, appetite setting, risk identification, and maintaining momentum
- Utilize first-principles reasoning and Jobs To Be Done frameworks to comprehend patient needs and guide product decisions
- Assist in roadmap planning by highlighting dependencies, trade-offs, and practical sequencing
- Support and improve back-office systems for patient operations, fulfillment, support, billing, and clinical management
- Maintain thorough documentation for decisions, requirements, and process knowledge to ensure accessibility
- Collaborate with engineering to balance growth objectives with platform reliability, data accuracy, and patient safety
- Discover potential applications for AI-driven automation within product workflows, internal tools, and support functions
Candidate Profile
- 4 to 6 years experience in product management, successfully delivering projects from concept through launch
- Strong aptitude for systems thinking including process workflows, edge case handling, operational effects, and scalability
- Proven experience with complex operational products such as administrative tools, back-office systems, and coordinating cross-functional processes
- Comfortable creating clarity in ambiguous and dynamic settings without waiting for predefined structure
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce concise, clear briefs, specifications, and decision documents
- Knowledge of Shape Up, JTBD, or similar methodologies is an advantage
- Active curiosity with AI technologies, evidenced by experimentation or side projects involving tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor
- Empathy for end-users, understanding their motivations, anxieties, and stakes associated with the product
- Ability to manage technical trade-offs collaboratively with engineers regarding scope and sequencing
- Data literacy to define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and make priorities based on data
- Commercial insight linking product initiatives to user activation, retention rates, and overall business performance
- Humble ownership mentality with a low ego approach
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, logistics, or other operationally rich and trust-sensitive domains is highly valued
