Product Manager

Overview

Prosum is looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to join its technology team managing digital products and business applications. This role acts as the vital link bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure product efforts align with organizational goals and provide excellent user experiences. The position is located in Glendale with a hybrid setup requiring four days onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product vision, strategy, and detailed roadmaps for digital products and business tools.
• Convert business objectives into prioritized roadmaps, milestones, user stories, and backlog tasks.
• Act as the main point of contact between business groups and technology teams, nurturing strong collaborative partnerships.
• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for the technical development teams.
• Evaluate user behaviors, business workflows, and product metrics to spot enhancement opportunities.
• Advise on innovative product solutions balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and user experience.
• Work closely with engineering, design, quality assurance, and business units throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist development teams with issue analysis, root cause investigation, and solution suggestions.
• Communicate product priorities, specifications, and project progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support Agile methodologies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features aligned with business expectations.
• Drive continuous process enhancements and instill best practices within product and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Design, or related discipline.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related technical roles.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development frameworks.
• Expertise in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for developers.
• Experience collaborating closely with business stakeholders and software development teams.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies with capability to translate business demands into AI-powered product features is highly favored.
• Proficiency in Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
• Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to evolving business conditions.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.

Preferred Experience

• Background supporting customer-facing digital products, mobile apps, or enterprise applications.
• Exposure to media, entertainment, or other consumer-centric sectors is advantageous.
• Experience leveraging data and user analytics to guide product decisions.
