Role Overview

As part of the product design team, you will help shape intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences across Eventeny’s products. In this role, you will lead high-impact design improvements, work closely with product, engineering, research, and design partners, and help solve complex problems with thoughtful, user-centered solutions. You will also contribute to the design system by organizing and building visual assets and components for the company’s design library.

The team is customer-driven and bases decisions on research and data while balancing short-term needs with long-term technical direction. This role is a strong fit for a strategic designer who enjoys solving complicated problems and improving the customer journey.

Responsibilities

Work with the design team to evolve and maintain the design system so components and documentation stay consistent, scalable, and current
Create, prototype, and validate solutions that make complex workflows easier to understand and use
Build strong user empathy and turn qualitative feedback and quantitative data into practical design decisions
Partner with designers, UX researchers, product managers, and engineering leads to support roadmap priorities and develop solutions
Produce polished interfaces that uphold a high design standard
Present work regularly in design critiques and contribute to open feedback and continuous improvement
Apply ADA and accessibility principles throughout the design process to support inclusive and compliant user experiences

Requirements

Strong interest in creative, innovative design for technology and the event industry
A curious, ambitious, empathetic, and strategic approach to design
Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools used to explore and validate solutions
Ability to design thoughtful user interfaces for web and mobile products with attention to detail, trends, behavior, and interaction patterns
Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data and extract insights
Strong presentation and communication abilities
Comfort working collaboratively across functions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and changing priorities
Well-organized, time-aware, and detail-oriented
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
A portfolio, website, or work samples showing end-to-end product design experience is required for consideration
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field from a four-year university, or an equivalent college degree
2 to 3 years of relevant design experience
Preferred: experience delivering medium to large-scale projects with guidance from senior individual contributors or managers
Preferred: familiarity with Agile methods and responsive design
Preferred: experience using AI tools and generative AI across the design process to speed up research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration
Preferred: familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, CSS, interface development, and web application development
Preferred: familiarity with accessibility design and WCAG 2.0

Compensation

This is a full-time remote role based in the United States. The annual base salary range is USD 68,000 to USD 78,000, with the final offer depending on experience and expertise.

Product Designer
