Role Summary
We are hiring a motivated and energetic pre-sales professional to assist the sales function through lead generation, event support, and first-level engagement with prospective learners. Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and screen potential leads through different outreach methods.
- Plan, set up, and support events, webinars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Reach out to prospects by phone, email, and follow-up communication.
- Speak with prospective students to understand their career objectives, learning needs, and education preferences.
- Arrange appointments and consultation slots for the sales team.
- Keep lead information and activity logs updated accurately in the CRM.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and internal teams to manage leads and execute events smoothly.
- Monitor and share performance data related to lead generation and event outcomes.
