Policy Operations Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle policy transactions such as new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Accurately administer customer and policy changes via multiple channels including phone, email, and written forms.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address queries and resolve transactional complications.
• Implement underwriting authority in compliance with guidelines, regulatory requirements, and business standards.
• Support operational excellence by participating in audits, quality reviews, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere while consistently delivering superior customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or a comparable administrative field.
• Background in customer service or call center environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with the confidence to handle complex customer inquiries.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including expertise with Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Commitment to accuracy and producing high-quality work.
• A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
