Position Overview
This role requires leadership experience within a copper processing environment, especially a non-ferrous metal smelting facility. The candidate will oversee smelter and refinery operations ensuring optimal performance and adherence to operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage operations of smelter and refinery processes, emphasizing operational excellence, cost efficiency, and profitability. Engage in commercial negotiations tied to contract management while implementing effective cost control measures.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Technology or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering disciplines and possess hands-on experience in non-ferrous metal smelting and copper plant operations.
