About the Role

This position involves utilizing your expertise in plant engineering within the power, energy, or industrial sectors to deliver comprehensive consultancy services. As a member of the consulting team, you will identify core client concerns, analyze issues, design innovative solutions, and oversee deployment to ensure high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop proposals by owning sections of the documentation and delivering solution design inputs grounded in your specialization.
• Plan configuration activities and execute system configurations consistent with the design specifications.
• Lead and conduct conference room pilot sessions, support in resolving queries related to requirements and solution architecture.
• Organize solution and product demonstrations, facilitate proof of technology workshops, and prepare effort estimations aligned to client budgets and organizational financial practices.
• Lead small-scale projects and actively contribute to both unit-level and wider organizational initiatives focused on delivering value-adding and quality solutions to clients.
• Possess the capability to formulate strategies and models that foster client innovation, business growth, and profit enhancement.
• Maintain informed knowledge of software configuration management tools and stay updated with current technologies and industry trends.
• Apply logical reasoning and problem-solving aptitude while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Understand financial procedures related to various projects and corresponding pricing models.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose appropriate technological solutions.
• Possess knowledge about one or two specific industry domains relevant to power, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Engage confidently in client interactions and manage project and team operations successfully.
