Photo Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Photo Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing memorable photographs of guests at specific ride and attraction points and offering them photo packages for purchase. This is a full-time position based onsite, aimed at providing excellent customer experiences while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Take high-quality photographs of guests at designated points within the amusement park or attraction.
• Engage guests confidently to promote various photo packages including prints, digital downloads, bundles, and souvenir options.
• Clearly and persuasively present pricing structures, deals, and promotions to potential buyers.
• Process photo sales and payments accurately using the assigned point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Strive to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and perform minor troubleshooting on camera and photo booth equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide outstanding and friendly service to each guest during interactions.
• Keep display areas for photos tidy, well-stocked, and aesthetically appealing.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the photo team as well as park operations staff to ensure seamless service.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong skills in sales and upselling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse guests.
• Basic knowledge of photography or a willingness to learn camera equipment handling.
• Comfort with cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (training will be provided).
• A strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving, outdoor environment with high visitor volumes.
