• Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Ensure correct labeling and handling of all blood samples collected.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records.
• Deliver compassionate care by responding to patient inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Regularly sterilize and maintain phlebotomy equipment in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and standard operating protocols consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to guarantee accurate and prompt laboratory results.
• Support administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and entering data as required.
