About the Role
Onward Shipping India is looking to hire a female Personal Office Assistant to support daily office functions in the shipping services sector. This position is based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the routine administrative tasks of the office.
- Manage sending emails and preparing responses to received emails.
- Utilize basic skills in MS Word, Excel, and internet use.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Communicate politely with customers via phone and WhatsApp.
- Support office work related to shipping and logistics.
- Carry out other office duties as directed by senior officials.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum education of Class 12 pass; graduates will be given preference.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
- Ability to read and write Hindi and basic English.
- Honest, responsible, and eager to learn candidates preferred.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Work Conditions
- Working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
