Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain positive relationships with primary contacts at each account, representing PepsiCo professionally.
• Ensure timely and precise delivery of products, including unloading as directed by customers.
• Handle invoicing processes and daily account settlements efficiently.
• Stock, rotate products, and maintain merchandise standards across various environments.
• Construct product displays and install promotional materials like pricing signs and banners.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Conduct all tasks safely and responsibly, adhering strictly to laws and transportation regulations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Regularly lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs during 8-10 hour shifts.
• Manipulate heavy items using physical strength, agility, and assistive devices.
• Work outdoors exposed to different weather and temperature conditions, operating equipment safely on poor roads and driving conditions.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service approach.
• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent credential.
• Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
• Good physical fitness capable of meeting job demands.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
