People Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full onboarding process for new hires in the region, including preparing contracts, administering benefits, and coordinating training activities.
• Develop and nurture working relationships with regional government bodies, labor unions, business advisors, partners, and other relevant stakeholders to support local compliance and strengthen the company’s reputation.
• Respond to employment-related questions from employees across the MENA region.
• Assess learning requirements and help create employee development initiatives, training plans, and health and safety programs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with KSA labor laws and regulations.
• Strong command of both Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the confidence to work with employees at all levels.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to act quickly and sensibly.
• High attention to detail along with strong planning and organizational skills.
