Role Overview

This 18-month rotational program within the People Analytics & Operations team offers dynamic experiences in areas including people analytics, operations, and compensation & benefits. Each rotation provides hands-on responsibility such as creating executive dashboards, managing employee lifecycle using Workday, and developing AI-driven workflows to enhance organizational efficiency. Upon completion, participants will choose a specialization within the People organization, building their career path with us.

Responsibilities

• Develop insightful dashboards and SQL queries that support headcount, attrition, and hiring funnel analysis, translating raw data into actionable decisions.
• Manage end-to-end HR operational tasks including employee lifecycle administration in Workday, coordination of onboarding/offboarding processes, employee request resolution, and compliance maintenance.
• Deliver clear analytical narratives by transforming complex people-related data into meaningful insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Innovate and automate repetitive HR operational tasks using AI to increase efficiency, such as automating onboarding workflows and self-running compliance reminders.
• Design and maintain comprehensive People team workspaces within Notion, creating pages, databases, dashboards, and views that facilitate seamless team collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries involving joins, filters, aggregates, and debugging.
• Strong analytical mindset grounded in quantitative fields like economics, statistics, business, or mathematics.
• Self-driven with high urgency and the initiative to independently resolve issues and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Advanced daily user of AI tools, leveraging them strategically to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
• Expert user of Notion with thorough knowledge of features such as filtered views and linked databases.

Preferred Experience

• Basic understanding of Python programming concepts such as loops.
• Familiarity with HR information systems such as Workday or data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Exposure to business, finance, or sales operations environments through internships or prior work.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity

The compensation package is competitive and based on location, role responsibilities, and candidate expertise. For San Francisco-based candidates, the estimated hourly salary ranges between $40.87 and $59.62.
