Payroll Analyst - Fully Remote

Role Overview

This contract position is for a Payroll Analyst with experience in ADP GlobalView, supporting a large manufacturing client. The role is fully remote and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

Compensation

The pay rate for this assignment is $38.89 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll from start to finish, making sure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Balance payroll batches and reconcile related financial records.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with applicable tax regulations.
• Respond to employee questions and issues related to payroll.

Required Qualifications

• At least an associate’s degree.
• 4 to 5 years of experience handling multi-state payroll.
• Background working in a large, highly automated payroll setting with 10,000+ employees.
• Solid understanding of standard payroll principles, processes, and procedures.
• Practical experience processing or auditing payroll in ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll.
