Role overview
Join 4Wall Europe’s team supporting major live events, productions, and entertainment projects. The company’s work spans large-scale concerts, award shows, broadcast productions, and other high-profile events, with operations across lighting, video walls, rigging, staging, and audio.
The organization is seeking a Payroll Administrator to handle payroll operations and support Human Resources and Accounting as needed.
Key duties
You will manage weekly payroll processing and help ensure payroll-related activities are completed accurately and on schedule. The role also involves assisting the HR and Accounting teams whenever additional support is required.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant brings 2 to 4 years of experience running payroll for a multi-state business, has worked successfully in fast-moving, high-volume settings, and understands payroll tax requirements at the federal, state, and local levels. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is also expected.
Work arrangement
This is a full-time, in-office position based in New Jersey, United States.
Compensation
The listed salary range is $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
