Job Overview

We are seeking a Paymaster/General Cashier to manage critical finance functions at Zabeel House The Greens, primarily handling payroll and cash operations with strict adherence to compliance and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer monthly payroll processes with precision, ensuring accurate salary, deduction, and benefit calculations while complying with WPS and UAE labor regulations.
• Collaborate with HR to update payroll records regarding onboarding, terminations, and salary changes.
• Reconcile payroll reports, execute journal entries, and prepare required documentation for audits and management reviews.
• Oversee daily cash inflows, distribute floats, and consolidate revenues following established financial controls.
• Conduct cash counts and reconciliation tasks, ensuring prompt bank deposits and precise transaction accounting.
• Maintain stringent documentation adherence and uphold compliance with internal policies and audit criteria.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing and cash management, hospitality sector experience is preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• High integrity with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Strong understanding of financial control frameworks and regulatory compliance.
