Job description
About the Role
Figured is a market leader focused on connecting disparate farm data—livestock counts, production numbers, budgets—to empower farm advisers to provide insightful advice instead of wrestling with disconnected spreadsheets. Our goal is to deepen engagement with existing accounting partners and ensure new firms adopt Figured as their go-to solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the use of Figured within current partner firms so that it becomes integral to their workflows.
- Provide targeted training on Figured usage, including agriculture-specific processes such as livestock valuation and farm financial reporting essential for compliance.
- Identify opportunities for enhanced adoption with existing partners and present the business case for further collaboration.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of partner clients to better support their needs beyond mere platform usage metrics.
- Relay partner insights and feedback to our product team to align development with market demands.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- A meaningful connection to agriculture, whether through farming background, familial ties to the land, or direct sector experience.
- Experience close to farm financials such as working in accounting firms, agribusiness banking, rural insurance, or agricultural consultancy.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to establish relationships, recognize opportunities, and advocate effectively without relying on scripts.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without daily oversight.
- Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences including farmers, practice managers, and financial institution representatives.
Why Join Figured
Joining Figured means building on a firm foundation as an established market leader, with ample opportunities for growth in market reach, product expertise, and increased responsibilities within a nimble, supportive team reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Benefits and Perks
- Allocated budget for professional development including training courses and conferences.
- Flexible hybrid working arrangements focusing on output over presence.
- 25 days of paid annual leave.
- Subsidized Southern Cross Wellbeing Two health insurance plan.
- Weekly Friday social gatherings fostering team celebration and camaraderie.
