Operations Support Technician

About the Role

Cleaning Systems Ltd seeks a practical and adaptable Operations Support Technician to join the East Tamaki team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this varied position supports our warehouse, workshop, electrical, and logistics functions to maintain seamless daily business operations.

Position Purpose

This role provides versatile operational and administrative assistance, ensuring ongoing business continuity and efficient day-to-day processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by responding to inquiries regarding orders, tracking, and service information.
• Provide support to internal teams such as sales, service, and training as needed.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Support the Workshop Manager and Electrician with equipment setup, testing, and record documentation.
• Assist in truckmount installation, servicing, and performing health checks.
• Maintain accurate records of service jobs and parts inventory using MechanicDesk.
• Help manage stock handling, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate dispatch during busy periods or staff absences.
• Input data accurately into company systems and contribute to streamlining warehouse procedures.
