Role overview
Many Many Clothes is hiring an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day and long-range operational activity of a fashion e-commerce brand. This position covers logistics, inventory control, product rollouts, customer experience, supplier coordination, promotional support, and cross-functional project delivery across several platforms.
Operations and logistics
- Own relationships with third-party logistics partners, including stock transfers, deliveries, returns, and dispatch processes.
- Coordinate product launches so SKUs, pricing, and product details are uploaded accurately and on schedule.
- Review UK and overseas shipping options, improving performance while keeping costs under control.
- Keep a close watch on delivery performance, spot delays or service issues early, and work with warehouse and courier partners to fix them quickly.
- Handle claims for missing or late parcels and pursue cost recovery where possible.
- Regularly assess workflows and look for practical ways to improve efficiency, including the use of AI and automation to cut down manual work.
- Manage several priorities and deadlines at once, making sure key actions stay on track and nothing important is overlooked.
- Take part in weekly planning meetings, record action points, follow up on them, and ensure completion by the agreed deadlines.
- Stay ahead of possible operational problems and put preventative solutions in place before they become issues.
Inventory and stock planning
- Keep stock records accurate across Shopify and warehouse systems, resolve discrepancies, and receive incoming inventory.
- Track manufacturing and product quality concerns, identify repeated defects, and work with suppliers and internal teams on improvements.
- Make sure stock movements, deliveries, and returns are logged correctly and processed promptly by the warehouse.
- Work with manufacturers on production schedules to help keep launches moving on time.
Customer experience and returns
- Manage exchanges and returns through tools such as Swap.
- Review weekly returns data to identify repeated sizing or product concerns and help improve policies that support customer retention.
- Take responsibility for the full customer journey, uncover friction points, and introduce improvements that raise satisfaction.
- Create and recommend actions to lower return rates while maintaining strong service standards.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction indicators, including Google Reviews, and turn the insights into practical improvements.
- Work with warehouse and delivery partners to make sure returns are handled efficiently and customer issues are resolved without delay.
Marketing and brand support
- Plan and run promotions, including gift-with-purchase offers and free-delivery campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer and PR gifting, including stock allocation and shipment dispatch.
- Track influencer mentions and campaign outcomes, then report on results and areas for improvement.
- Support work that increases average order value and customer lifetime value.
- Prepare weekly analytics updates and collaborate with external partners on website changes and related projects.
- Help plan and coordinate pop-ups, trade shows, and major brand events, managing multiple moving parts to ensure smooth delivery.
Financial and supplier coordination
- Keep an eye on costs across Shopify, Mintsoft, courier systems, and operational suppliers to identify savings and efficiencies.
- Handle supplier payments, claims, and delivery issues when needed.
- Work with manufacturers and suppliers to keep timelines on schedule and ensure packaging materials are available for launches.
- Continuously search for ways to reduce spend, strengthen processes, and improve operational performance across the business.
Candidate profile
This role suits someone who has worked in fashion, e-commerce, operations, or a similar environment for at least one year. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-focused, proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable juggling several workstreams in a fast-moving business. Strong communication, confidence with tools such as Shopify, Google Drive, and Excel, and an interest in technology, AI, fashion, branding, and creative marketing are all important. The role also calls for someone who enjoys balancing creative and operational work while keeping projects structured and on schedule.
Application
Applicants should submit a CV along with a cover letter explaining their interest in the role and why they are a strong fit.
