Operations Coordinator

Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator role is pivotal in managing staffing needs, attendance tracking, communication, and enhancing operational efficiency within the organization. This role demands close coordination with team leads, supervisors, and the principal employer to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine staffing needs based on the principal employer's demands, providing appropriate personnel accordingly.
• Collaborate effectively with team leads and supervisors to maintain the right staffing levels.
• Monitor staff performance and availability closely to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Manage daily attendance tracking with accuracy and take proactive actions to replace absent employees.
• Generate and submit daily attendance reports to the MIS team and Operations Manager.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the principal employer and internal teams to meet operational requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Reconcile attendance and related reports monthly in coordination with the principal employer’s team leads.
• Train employees on operational protocols and conduct refresher sessions to reinforce adherence to SOPs.
• Oversee staff movements for timely replacements and coordinate with supervisors to uphold service standards.
• Establish and maintain checklists, processes, and performance indicators to boost operational productivity.
• Anticipate potential operational problems and implement preventive solutions proactively.
• Address client or internal team concerns promptly to resolve any issues efficiently.
