Role Summary

The Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily logistics operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and top-notch service excellence for Circles’ new digital telecom brand in the MENA region. This role involves managing logistics and warehousing partnerships, refining process efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience, especially concerning SIM card delivery and order lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners including warehousing, procurement, and last-mile delivery, ensuring strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform routine performance evaluations such as daily operation checks, weekly meetings, and monthly/quarterly business reviews to maintain accountability and service standards.
  • Collaborate with BPO order management teams to guarantee real-time, seamless order processing and delivery visibility throughout the e-commerce process.
  • Manage end-to-end operations for SIM card delivery and welcome pack assembly, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels of SIM cards, packaging, and marketing materials while coordinating procurement to ensure no stockouts.
  • Work alongside the finance team to verify vendor invoices, confirm cost accuracy, and monitor expenditure and efficiency related to logistics.
  • Use operational dashboards to detect bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement continuous process improvements to enhance operational flow.
  • Rapidly resolve logistics and delivery challenges by thorough root-cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
  • Advocate for a customer-first approach in all operations, striving for flawless delivery and outstanding service experiences.
