Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Operation Head / Production Head to oversee and manage full factory operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and stakeholder coordination within the automotive components industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily plant activities including maintenance, quality control, production, and environment, health & safety (EHS) to ensure optimal resource utilization and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Lead the development and execution of manufacturing processes for new products, encompassing design, tooling, and equipment configuration.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to address challenges in product development, supply chain operations, and customer service issues.
- Analyze production metrics to uncover opportunities for process enhancements and streamline workflows.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 20 years, up to 30 years, experience in the automotive components sector in positions equivalent to or including Production Head.
- In-depth expertise in heavy fabrication such as stamping, proficient in sheet metal processing, and welding methodologies.
- Experience with Japanese companies is considered advantageous.
