Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in-home care provider focused on enabling seniors to age comfortably and with dignity in their own homes. As the company experiences rapid expansion nationwide, the Longmont, CO branch seeks a dedicated Operating Director to lead and grow this office with strong corporate support and a network of Operating Directors.
Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Lead and independently manage the Longmont branch, supported by extensive corporate training and resources.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to position Cornerstone as the preferred choice for in-home senior care.
- Establish and nurture relationships with referral partners such as hospitals, hospices, and senior living communities to drive business growth.
- Oversee all staffing functions including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and manage on-call responsibilities from clients and caregivers.
- Conduct in-home assessments to build client relationships, perform intake procedures, and ensure client satisfaction and quality care delivery.
- Manage the branch’s financial operations, including budgeting and analyzing profit and loss statements.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by motivating staff, setting morale standards, and creating an environment that attracts and retains top talent.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven leadership experience managing teams effectively.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and executing business development plans.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently within a fast-moving environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to build and grow a business.
- Experience in direct recruitment, hiring processes, and staff management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
