Your Role
- Oversee seamless daily office functions at the Landshut location.
- Serve as the primary contact for any onsite operational concerns.
- Offer continuous operational support to the site leadership team.
- Handle receipt and dispatch of mail, parcels, and arrange courier services.
- Monitor and organize repair and maintenance tasks.
- Administer keys, access cards, and manage office entry systems.
- Establish and maintain supplier databases efficiently.
- Review and manage incoming invoices, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Act as the main administrative liaison for the site.
- Coordinate repetitive administrative tasks and deadlines.
- Plan, organize, and execute events at the site level.
- Manage logistics for internal events, leadership visits, and meetings.
- Provide operational support to involved stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration including HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities teams.
Your Experience
- Previous experience in office administration or equivalent functions.
- Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Dependable with a well-structured and detail-focused work style.
- Proficient in both English and German languages.
- Proactive attitude with a strong emphasis on execution.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
