Role Overview

From check-in to farewell, the reception team ensures guests have a delightful experience, and as the Night Auditor, you will take charge during the night shift to maintain exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide not just satisfaction but enthusiasm to guests at the reception even during late-night hours.
• Ensure the cash register is balanced and the day is properly closed before the hotel wakes up.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest concerns throughout the night.
• Conduct regular security rounds to guarantee safety and prevent any disturbances within the property.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess some relevant professional experience and fluent English communication skills.
• Be able to inspire both colleagues and guests and have knowledge of the city along with local hotspots to recommend.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and readiness to acknowledge and learn from mistakes.
• Bring not only skills but also personality to the role.
