About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Biosecurity Controller to join our team at Tuwaiq Poultry in Al-Aflaj, Saudi Arabia. The candidate should have relevant educational qualifications and preferably a minimum of two years of experience in biosecurity within broiler farms. This position requires a strong understanding of biosecurity procedures and operational phases in poultry farms and the ability to implement these according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with biosecurity protocols and monitor any violations or weak points.
• Conduct periodic inspection rounds and prepare detailed daily and weekly reports for management review.
• Analyze observations to recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Effectively use Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, for reporting purposes.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities, accuracy, and firmness when enforcing rules and policies.
• Work efficiently under pressure and be able to travel between various farm locations.

Requirements and Skills

• Relevant qualification in a related discipline.
• Preferably two or more years of experience in biosecurity within broiler farms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of biosecurity procedures specific to poultry farms and operational workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to enforce compliance effectively.
