About the Role

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB), a leading mortgage brokerage in the UK with a record of over 250 awards for outstanding advice and service, is seeking a dedicated Mortgage & Protection Adviser. This position offers a full-time role based in Bournemouth or remote within Dorset, Tasmania, Australia, with options for both employed or self-employed engagement. The compensation package features competitive pay along with uncapped commission and robust support structures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their mortgage and financial protection requirements.
• Provide expert, transparent guidance on various mortgage products and protection plans.
• Lead clients confidently through the process of purchasing a home.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in the mortgage market and lender policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be CeMAP certified or possess an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated previous experience in a mortgage advisory role.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to build rapport with clients.
• Well-organized, self-driven, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
