Mobile Cleaner

Job Summary

The Mobile Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of various areas within the company's properties in Kitchener, Ontario. The role involves regular upkeep of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces, ensuring a tidy, inviting environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming tasks.
• Keep elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, and fitness rooms clean and well-maintained.
• Clean tenant units upon vacancy, including bathrooms and kitchens (ovens and refrigerators).
• Conduct winter snow removal as required.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred previous experience in professional cleaning.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 20 kg, such as trash bags and cleaning equipment.
• Demonstrated reliability, detail orientation, and adherence to safe work practices.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.
• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
