MIS Executive

About the Role

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking a meticulous MIS Executive to oversee financial data management, produce Management Information System reports, and assist the Accounts department by ensuring precision in record-keeping and delivering timely financial insights. This full-time role, based in Patna, Bihar, requires working six days per week with a monthly salary reaching up to ₹35,000.

Responsibilities

• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to accounting and finance.
• Maintain and scrutinize financial and operational datasets for management use.
• Generate detailed reports covering billing, receivables, payables, revenue, and expenses.
• Reconcile financial information with ERP and Hospital Management Systems.
• Develop dashboards and management reports for review purposes.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all financial data handled.
• Collaborate with Accounts, Billing, Pharmacy, Purchase, and Operations teams to collect data and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audit documentation and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all MIS reports created.
• Detect inconsistencies in financial documents and facilitate their prompt correction.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in MIS, accounting MIS, or financial reporting roles.
• Prior exposure to hospital or healthcare financial operations is advantageous.
• Expertise in advanced MS Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF statements, and complex formulas.
• Strong data analysis, reconciliation abilities, and dashboard creation skills.
• Familiarity with billing and revenue analysis in healthcare environments preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and coordination skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of hospital accounting practices and healthcare finance.
• Experience with billing, pharmacy, inventory, and revenue MIS systems.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive management dashboards and presentations.
