Role Overview

The Marketing Assistant serves as a vital contributor in enhancing the bank's visibility and nurturing relationships within the local communities it serves. This position involves active, hands-on engagement with coordinating financial education programs, overseeing sponsorships and donations, facilitating volunteer initiatives, and organizing community events along with other related duties.

Collaboration is key as this role closely partners with branch staff, business development teams, area executives, and the Marketing Director to maintain the bank's reputation as a dependable community partner.

Education Requirement

A minimum educational qualification of a High School Diploma or GED is necessary for this role.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Previous experience in community relations, banking, nonprofit organizations, or event coordination is expected.
• Preference given to candidates with familiarity or prior involvement in the local market.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage diverse responsibilities single-handedly.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in managing time effectively.
• Competence in event planning and coordination.
• Skill in engaging with diverse audiences in an accessible and personable manner.
